Agripreneur Development Programme (ADP)
This 12-month flagship programme is designed to empower aspiring agripreneurs with advanced technical farming expertise and entrepreneurial leadership skills. Delivered in two phases: Activate and Accelerate, participants benefit from in-depth training and hands-on experience. The programme culminates in the establishment of their own agribusiness on allocated land, followed by a 24-month paid Accelerate Post-transition phase managed by the agripreneurs themselves.
Agriculture Specialist Development Programme (ASDP)
This 12-month programme is designed for individuals seeking expertise in specialized areas of agriculture. The curriculum is organized into six core divisions, each focusing on a critical aspect of the field: Soil, Climate & Water; Crops & Horticultural Science; Plant Health & Protection; Food Science & Agro-processing; Farm Management, Advisory & Extension Services; and Business Commercialization & Marketing. Upon completion, participants will have access to employment opportunities in their respective areas of specialization.
Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
This 12-month practical programme equips agricultural graduates with the skills needed to meet industry demands.
Through customizable modules including Commercial Crop Production, Marketing and Sales,
Engineering and Maintenance, and ongoing mentorship participants gain both theoretical and hands-on experience. Graduates are well-prepared for employment opportunities within the sector.
Short-Term Programmes & Workshops:
Our workshops and short-term programmes provide focused, practical instruction in topics such as lean business model canvas, aquaculture and aquaponics, production techniques, food safety, and agribusiness management.
